Here’s the pair of goggles I’ve just finished making for the Ororo Productions stage play adaptation of H P Lovecrafts “The Dunwich Horror. Which they will be performing at the London Horror festival
These goggles are very similar to a pair I made previously but with the addition of an extra lens on each side which can be rotated in front of the main lens. As always I used real brass and leather and parts are soldered or bolted together as necessary, or desirable.

Here is my latest steampunk kaleidoscope in brass and mahogany, the pedestal was a candlestick originally, the body was inspired by Newtonian telescopes, as usual there is plenty of brass in the construction which if it was not old has been aged to appear so.
The majority of it was hand made from scratch in my workshop, the image wheel is made from glass globs which have been wrapped with copper foil so that they can be soldered together.
